And this week, we're going to do something a little different.

I told you guys that I spent the summer on KBLA radio.

And one of the things I enjoyed about it were the interviews.

The interviews were great. But unfortunately, doing a radio interview, you've got to stop it.

Six minutes for the first commercial break, and then at 15 for the other than news and traffic at the top and bottom of me, all of that.

And it just broke up the flow of the interview.

So now I am lucky enough to have as my guest, my old friend,

brilliant comic, great writer. You might know him as crazy legs from Don't Be a Menace to Society.

You may have seen his comedy documentary, Dying Laughing. He wrote a brilliant article for the Hollywood

Shandling, and I'm going to talk to him about that because I didn't know they were playing

ball in his backyard. I never got invited to those games. So without further ado, my old friend

It's great to see you, and there's so much I want to talk to you about, you know, I will tell you audience, this is, this is, Sully might not even remember how far we go back, because he's been in the game a little longer than me. And back in 93, I was a doorman at the laugh factory. It was my first job in comedy, you know,

hoping to get on stage. I would hope that people wouldn't show up so I could get on stage.

And this was when you used to roll with the weigh-ins and Chris Spencer and Alex Thomas.

They would come in. There would be two, I think, was it, Range Rovers with a car at the time?

That was their car.
