Yep, I think that's that that's a great question because a lot of people try and focus on the deal and not having a great lender relationship which really is more impactful in my opinion than the deal itself. So, yeah, so yeah, I definitely love to you you know, win as much as I can with whatever that looks like.

Well, we had a great Thanksgiving, super happy to see all of my family.

That was a lot of fun and a lot of people.

There are six kids in my family

and there are 18 grandkids,

so it is quite the party.

Yeah and we've got Christmas lights up and

we are we are rocking and rolling into the holidays can't wait for it

super excited I guess we just had

Thanksgiving in the next holidays Christmas here in the New Years and with that comes a lot of

Some people refer to them as resolutions, but for me, I take a very different approach or we take a very different approach in kind of goal setting.

And I think a lot of our millionaires do too, actually.
