The problem was that money could be sitting on my account for a year before I found the next

juicy real estate deal.

So like instead of having that money sit idle, let me establish a stock portfolio that I could borrow against.

Let me diversify with crypto because the more I got educated on crypto and the more I read up on it,

the more I'm up on it the more I'm like this is this is my home run type of play I see that is way more risky and I see my real estate is

consistent cash flowing it's gonna pay every month, it ain't going away.

And I'm also, I also take in consideration my age, right? Like I'm, I could afford that risk, right? It's not like I'm old. So I was always thinking of the value of the dollar.

You know, I could buy this shirt or I could invest it here and have more tomorrow.
