So if you are a human being who exists in the world, you probably know that today is Valentine's Day.

Now regardless of your views on Valentine's Day, that's some people, I think it makes them a little angry,

others it makes them shockingly happy,

but regardless of your views,

it is Valentine's Day,

and one of the things I like to do on this show when there is a topic that I'm not

particularly qualified or comfortable really speaking on is highlight other people, the experts, the people who know what

they are doing in particular spaces.

And as it relates to love, dating, relationships, really building strong communication between partners and building something that lasts, there's no one I can think of that is better than
