Hey guys, it's just me today. I've decided to do a little solo sesh. I've gotten so many requests on my

DMs to do more episodes alone and to be honest with you I really want to start doing more because I kind of like telling you what I learn and not just interviewing people.

Today I really wanted to talk about something that I've been working on a lot the past few weeks and it's self-love and how I keep it in check and keep myself love in line because honestly my life doesn't work well my mentality doesn't work well when I don't feel like in love with myself completely you know what I mean and to be honest the past two weeks I haven't felt 100%. I think I've been going through some

hormonal changes. A lot going on in my work life that has been keeping me really stressed out.

A lot of what ifs and maybees and anxieties and all that jazz and you

know when I'm not feeling 100% it's more of an incentive for me to make excuses

or not to do my morning routine and not to do this or that or overeat or like some sort of

self-sabotaging that I like to do.

And I've been really trying to work on it.
