Hello, this is Paul McKenna, and welcome to the positivity podcast.

My objective is to interview the most interesting people in the world,

and in the next 30 minutes, get insights and even discover how it is that they do what they do,

what makes them unique and fascinating, their success

mindset, and certainly what keeps them positive. My guest today is known to millions around

the world as a Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter with hits in four of the last five decades,

an actress, TV personality and businesswoman. I'm talking today with

Lulu. To be right in that moment and doing what I absolutely love is the greatest. I know I'm one of

the luckiest people in the world. You give, you receive. And in fact, if you have a gift, if you have,

you know, whatever you have, the way to keep it is to give it away.

I think when we've actually had hard times in our life and great times in our life,

I've had amazing, amazing life.

But there's been ups and downs and things haven't always gone the way I wanted it to.

You know what I mean?

So you get to tassel with that and then

there's a point when you think, drop it, let it go.
