of the TV show Judge Rinder and many other TV programs. He's a criminal barrister, author,

newspaper columnist. I'm talking today with Robert Rindam.

The ultimate thing is you asked me about as well, you know, what's the quality that's got you through?

Kindness.

An enormous privilege in that I've been brought up by an amazing parent and had great friends. I mean, my mum, for example, gave me the most important privilege,

which was to say she wanted me to be happy and meant it.

It's not accurate to say that I've had good mental health,

and I'm not convinced that just because you've had a secure and settled childhood,

that that's going to immunise you from the challenges and

problems of mental health.
