Obviously, you've been writing about mindfulness and meditation and general inner life things

for like, throughout the course of all your books.

What made it to where you started making the slow transition towards talking and writing

I'm glad that you noticed that it was a slow transition

because it was really, you know, I hesitated at first

because I felt like probably the best thing is to just stay in my lane,

which was just focusing on the personal transformation stuff.

But I couldn't deny that, like as soon as I went into meditating,

and as soon as I, you you know I go into meditating to basically

try to save myself, try to reformat the structure of my mind and just make my mind, you know,

less tense, less heavy. And to do that, you know, I go into these meditation courses and I'm

building all these new qualities like patience, you know,

understanding, more compassion for myself, being able to see different perspectives than my own. And when I come out of the courses, I noticed that right off the bat,

all that same skill set that I was using to help myself was immediately benefiting my

relationship with my wife.

And to me, it was, you know, a shock, honestly, because I go into it to help myself.

But then at the same time, it's just opening up a new chapter in my relationship.

Now, you mentioned something there that was after you come out of these meditative retreats that you have different perspective and more precisely that you see other

people's perspective. Now, that is to me just one of the most fundamentally important aspects
