Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. Do you ever worry about

things, things in the future that might or might not happen, I think many of us do.

So what are we to do with these worries?

Are we to feed them?

Do we spend time with them?

Is it helpful to think about our worries and our fears about the future,

or things that might or might not happen?

Or is there perhaps a better way, a healthier way to deal with these emotions, particularly when we get overwhelmed with them,

maybe late at night or trying to fall asleep.

All these worries take hold of us and they make it so it's so difficult just to live life well.

I'm going to say something right now that I think would be worthy of writing down

and reviewing throughout the day or particularly when we are stuck in these worry cycles.
