KG, and I'm in the house. Coming at you with another episode of Motivation Monday, and this one is a banger. We're going over some simple nutrition tips, you know, tips to stop self-sabotage and some of our best and easy meal prep suggestions. So, you know, this is going to be an incredible episode. I know Kyle's got some really fun thoughts this week as well. But as always, we like to fire it off and kind of get this whole thing started with some killer quotes that really got us going this week. And I'm going to start with mine. So my quote for the week is it's going to be hard, but hard does not mean impossible. So more and more I've been trying

1:11.9

different sports. I've been trying to get coached for different sports. And I've been enjoying

1:16.5

looking at it from a different perspective, especially as a coach myself. So for instance, I did

1:21.8

tennis lessons recently with someone who was really, really good in his field. Wasn't too cheap,

1:26.5

but it was so valuable.

1:28.1

Like it was so good to be, you know, taught by someone who is as enthusiastic as I am towards

1:34.5

fitness and health and transformations for their craft, right?

1:37.7

And it's really more and more you've heard me talk about the importance of investing in yourself,

1:42.2

investing in coaches.

1:43.3

And it's just amazing,

1:44.4

you know, even from that one tennis lesson, I feel like I became 20 times better. You know,

1:49.0

I actually understood the mechanics of the movements, you know, just little intricacies that

1:54.2

really help me elevate and that are just going to make me better and better. And I have no

1:57.8

intention to be a better tennis player, but I think learning and

2:00.8

doing these different things is so great. And even, you know, getting some like rock climbing lessons and different things like that. And what I thought was so cool for me is like when I try new things, I'm like, oh, you know, like I'm pretty good with sports, but even I was doing like this course recently and I'm like oh I don't want to mess it up I don't want to fail and like I'm

2:17.8

someone who doesn't really fail anything but I still had it in my head that I didn't

2:20.9

want to fail and like I'm someone who doesn't really fail anything but I still had it in my head that I didn't want to fail and like I was putting myself in this position of fear for no reason and I'm like it's going to be hard it's going to be a challenge and you know one thing that's being so beneficial for me though and I think the reason I've had such success you know challenging myself with different sports and is, I've been saying anytime something's going to be really hard, it's going to be really scary, that's good. Me being challenged, me experiencing something hard is just going to make me stronger. It's going to help me grow. And that's kind of helped me completely revamp my attitude and opinion towards it. And if you have the opinion of it's going to be hard, it's going to be a challenge,
