But when you have like two kids melting down, that's when I experienced mom rage, which made me feel super guilty.

And that's basically where just like I would hold it in, hold it and hold it in.

And then I would just like scream, you know, and it was really hard.

And you're like, oh my gosh, I can't believe I just yelled that loud.

Like that's not really my personality.

And as women, we are constantly comparing ourselves to others.

The reason we wanted to do this episode is because we have both come so far in this category.

So it's really interesting to reflect back about what used to cause our mom

guilt, but then also to talk about in current times what can still make us feel guilty.
