And today we are talking about frequency of training. And I want to break down something that's like a simple concept to me.

And it's something we've been talking about for a while. It's very basic math, but I want you to think about it.

If you are trying to bring up a body part, you want to train it first in the workout.

You want to train it when they're most recovered.

And ideally, you want to train it more frequently than other body parts.

So this can make a marginal difference or it can make a large difference.

And it really depends on the body part.

It really depends on how you recover, how much volume you're doing and the intensity that you're choosing

for those body parts. But think about this way. You're trying to bring up a body part and you're

training it twice per week. That's an upper lower split or something along those lines. If you are

doing a full body split and or you are prioritizing a certain
