0:10.1

And today we are going to talk a little bit about customizing your exercise selection for your training split. This is something that I've been

0:24.6

fiddling with. And we get a ton of questions about this. Obviously, which training split you

0:32.6

2:03.6

Well, one for me, my quads and triceps I know get very, I want to say sensitive, but they are just susceptible to feeling sore.

2:15.9

And I find that when I train them hard and properly,

2:19.4

I don't need to do as much, I don't say volume,

2:24.1
