Sometimes things we hate wind up being our strongest loves. Today we look at recognizing true strengths, dealing with global stress, and finding consistent energy. We also look at our baggage stories and how they grow roots that talk us out of exploring things we are meant to do. Do you have pre-conceived beliefs about "why" you can't do something? Believe in yourself, but don't always believe yourself.
