So what is your inner critic? Well, your inner critic is that negative self-talk that I think

feels familiar for everyone. I'd love to hear from anyone who's like, I just don't, I don't

have this ever. My inner monologue is just always relentlessly positive. Imagine what that person

might be like. I don't know.

So this is something I think we are all used to.
