0:19.5

You know, hopefully you're bumping this live the day it comes out on Monday so you can get that energy to really propel you forward in that

0:25.2

week you know big think is so important right when you start your week you know with higher ambitions

0:30.1

listening to things are going to build you up that's going to give you that fuel to get it going

0:33.6

and you know i got a text from a client just yesterday or um well last monday rather i guess

0:38.6

um saying you know that they just crushed the day they came out of the gate swing after a tough

0:43.7

week nailed their nutrition how to killer workout prep their food had a fantastic sleep and

0:49.4

they just said they felt invincible and they felt like it was such a great start to kind of carry that

0:54.1

on in the week and that's what we're trying to kind of replicate with these episodes. Like that's why we love, you know, not only sharing some quotes that we love, sharing a client that's winning, but answering your questions and coming at you with some fuel. So thank you so much for tuning in. Thursdays, of course, you know, we cover a topic, had some really good ones

1:10.8

lately. So, you know, once again, if you're new here, welcome to our podcast. We really hope

1:15.0

you enjoy it. And, you know, hey, as we always do, let's jump into those quotes. Let's go ahead,

1:20.6

Kyle. You kick this one off. So it's funny. One thing before I jump into it is I actually

1:24.9

have been noticing that a lot lately because every week when we do our client check-ins, we'll get our clients to fill out like what days they worked out. And I find that anyone that starts on Monday and just kind of builds that momentum ends up having a better week. So I've been challenging a lot of my clients lately. Okay, let's just tackle Monday. Let's get the workout done. And a lot of them have been setting goals. Okay, I'm just going to start working out on Monday. And then it kind of carries through for the rest of the week. So I thought it was really funny. You brought that up because I noticed that this past weekend and all my check-ins with all my clients. But yeah, I mean, let's start with some fire. You know, you know, so my quote is, you may not be there yet, but you're closer than you were yesterday and you know i just

2:01.8

think this is kind of important because i feel like we all have like a destination we want well we think

2:06.8

we want to end up being you know even myself included even though we'll never fully be there in my

2:12.4

opinion you know there's always that next level but by us taking those steps you know once

2:16.8

again starting monday strong getting some meal prep you know, just getting that simple workout and cardio in, I truly believe that we're one step closer. And I think a lot of times we forget about that. We're just kind of so focused on like far ahead of us. But, you know, just one step at a time, one meal at a time, one workout at a time, one stretching session at a time,

2:35.0

we're getting closer and closer for sure. Brick by brick, baby. That's what I always like to say. And, you know, when you're able to look at it on that, you know, small level, that's the thing. Once again, you know, all of us we want just, you know, we want to go from beginning to end. but the process is, you know, where it's all made and where it all

2:52.1

kind of comes together, you know, and I also love, you know, even recently I was talking to someone and they were telling me about a lot of changes in their life and all these new challenges they're facing like, hey, like you got a lot of momentum. Yes, you're busy. Yes, you're slam. Yes, there's tons of changes but when you got momentum like that you know usually big things come and
