Hey, everybody, great to be back on a brand new week of the Cabral concept with you. This is our

mindset of Motivation Monday. I want to share with you, I think an important discussion,

an important question to ask yourself, if you haven't already thought about this,

that if you are trying to master anything, do you know about the 10,000

hour rule? And if you know about it, is there something that's even better that could

quicken your path to success? So if you haven't heard of the 10,000 hour rule before,

it is the notion that in order to truly master something, you need to put in 10,000 hours of work on it.

So let's think about that for a second. If you want to be great as a health coach or as a baseball player or playing basketball as a kid or whatever it might be, it is about 40 hours per week times five years,

or 20 hours per week times 10 years. It's a long time in order to be able to create mastery.

But once you've created mastery, you know it inside and out.

And it is difficult for you not to be successful in that thing.
