I don't recall if I mentioned this on another podcast before, but something I've been thinking

a lot about is, well, I suppose it's not something I've been thinking about, something I've

been feeling, but I have figured a way to talk about it, which is calling existential

Just feeling really, really appreciative for every moment in life and feeling

the fact that I'm aware at all.

And I felt this so many times before.

And I always kind of generally feel it's just an appreciation, a gratitude for being

conscious, being alive, being aware of my own

existence, and getting to experience all of the beautiful and not so beautiful parts of what

it means to be human.

I mean, just sitting here right now in a chair in my studio talking to a microphone, I feel incredibly

grateful to be able to be in this moment, in the present, doing this right now, having

this experience. I mean, it's just, it's wild. It breaks my brain that we all get to exist.

And it's so interesting how, even though that's truly all are here,

and we're all feeling and thinking different things

and having somewhat different experiences,

it is fascinating how we all also get numb to it and complain and get caught up in desire of wanting

things to be different somehow.

And there's nothing wrong with wanting things to be different.

I think it's a good thing, but wanting things to be different without being able

to also appreciate and be grateful for what you're experiencing in the present moment right now
