Summary
What if the thing that you think makes you inadequate is actually meant to be a part of your impact? If you're willing to be grateful for the thing that is standing in your way and see it as your potential for even greater impact, you can start to take away its power and it will become less scary. I'm sharing my experience with confronting my insecurities and three reasons why you should absolutely reframe the things that are holding you back. You have the opportunity to prove to people that if you can do it, so can they. What's stopping you?
In this episode we talk about:
- The magic of empathy
- Why you're more relatable to your audience when you're still on the journey yourself
- Showing up in your imperfection
- Being the example that you wish you had
- My favorite story of Roger Bannister's four-minute mile
