But today's topic is confidence.

I know confidence is something that many people struggle with, often throughout their whole lives. And it's something that I get asked about quite often.

And I have lots, lots, lots, lots to say. So today I wanted to talk about confidence, how I grew my confidence and some

tips to help you start to become more confident yourself. And I really feel like this is going

to evolve into a much larger conversation. So I would love to continue this conversation past
