I'm your host S.B.J. with me today will I have I don't know if I've said this before, but if you stop drinking caffeine that what happens is you have to pay back all the hours of sleep that you didn't take because you were using caffeine to stay awake.

And that's I'm paying that price now you give up caffeine. Oh heck yeah. What?

Oh never mind this is gonna be a long run out I hear it in your voice.

What I just I want caffeine to work when I need it to work so that only happens if you are not drinking coffee every day.

I mean I give up caffeine for didn't like give up caffeine but I significantly reduced my caffeine intake intake a couple of years ago.

I think it was more of cutting out sugar because soda is just laced with it.

Yeah well that's very true but I also don't drink sugary sodas so I shouldn't be drinking soda at all.

Every lapsed into Pepsi town but I will get out of it I will get past this Greg how's your Pepsi town good you know caffeine is like my only vice so I feel like I need something I saw you smoking cigarettes.

Do do not lie like that william anything I'd vape and that's real nasty.

You could you could vape that sweet Pepsi flavor.

There are so many times that I've come home to these to the bizarre smell of

Carmel corn missed throughout my house because my husband has been vaping Coca-Cola flavor or strawberry lemonade flavor or whatever nutty flavor.

It's never called Coca-Cola. It's called like a cola-la coke or something like that.

My favorite thing is there's his favorite vape shop. It has a sign in the front that makes me laugh every time we pass.

It says we vape we vote.

Of course they do.
