What's up guys? Jamie Grace here. Welcome to the Jamie Grace podcast and I'm a little bit speechless with today's message because I think it's well I haven't really read the whole thing. I started reading it and it honestly just made me really sad and so I'm going to try to

answer this to the best of my ability but yeah here we go so I'm not going to share

her name but she says what do you do when your sister starts dating your ex?

I had several conversations with her before they started dating and told her that I didn't feel like they should

date because even when I was dating him and trying to get over him after the breakup, she told me that he wasn't good for me anyway.

She would always speak negatively about his character and actions toward women.

Later I came to find out that they have been getting closer in friendship and eventually

were dating. I'm finding it really difficult to be a sister to her because I feel like that's a

pretty deep betrayal. I can't change the situation but I can work on myself.

I've prayed and prayed but I would love some wise counsel.

Okay so first of all I just want to tell you that you sound like a wonderful human.

Yeah we've all got flaws and stuff, but presently I would like to take this time to just emphasize

how great of a human you are, for the mere fact that you ended your message by saying,

I can't change the situation, but I can work on myself.

That is some maturity right there.

And even the fact that you have given me facts, but you have not at all in this message chosen to bash your sister, to call her names, to disrespect her or him in any way. You know, maybe you type some stuff in in

backspaced it, you know, we're all human, maybe you didn't, I don't know, but I

just want to commend you in your maturity and your

present life situation.

I've never dealt with anything like this before,

but I don't, and I don't really know what to say exactly.
