Hey friends it's Jamie Grace here and welcome to the Jamie Grace podcast.

Today we're going to be jumping into Proverbs Chapter 6 or I guess actually it's just Proverbs 6.

But yeah we're going to talk about Proverbs 6 today. It's got some really good categories and we're going to talk about some just some good stuff some real stuff. I will say that this chapter I feel, I could be wrong,

and this is not like a fact, this is just my opinion

off the top of my head.

I feel like this chapter covers a lot of topics

and maybe one of, like so far that we've read, maybe the one that covers the most topics, like the one that's like a little bit more broad because it's like talking about debt and then it's like also stopping lazy, but it's all good stuff and we're definitely going to read all of it and dig into it and figure out what it is like Solomon has to say

It starts off by saying my son is talking his son here and so we're just gonna like we're gonna learn from this see what applies to our daily lives

And I'll try to share as much as I can and then you guys might have some stuff too that you catch on to that applies specifically to something

you're going through maybe not something that I say and I would love to know about

every Sunday. We're going through the Book of Proverbs together. It's going to take us 31 weeks.

Well, 32 weeks because I missed a Sunday in there, but I did come back and do that chapter.

So we're definitely going to cover every single chapter.

But let's go ahead and jump into Proverbs 6, verse 1, says,

My son, if you become sure to you for your friend,

if you have shaken hands and pledge for a stranger,

you are snared by the words of your mouth.

You are taken by the words of your mouth.

So do this, my son, and deliver yourself, for you have come into the hand of your friend.
