No matter like what you're experiencing, whether you're experiencing

quote unquote bliss or if you're experiencing, and let's maybe let's define

that a little bit more. So bliss we could say it's such a strange term, right?

Super undefined.

And it's different for everyone, right?

So instead of bliss, let's say feeling good.

You're relaxed, you have positive chemicals pumping through your brain.

You feel optimistic, you're probably well rested, and in my case I noticed that I you know qualify

being in a good mood whenever I don't feel like resistance from the world around me.

Like I feel good, I feel in the flow, I'm just like going and going and flowing.

And whenever I don't feel good I feel a lot of like tension and resistance almost as if the world is

like pushing in on me or something like that. Like things are not flowing it's the opposite to flow

So if you're feeling that way or if you're feeling

Let's call it negative,

which would be you're feeling irritated or angry, you're tired or frustrated, confused or any of those type of things could maybe

depressed or sad.

It can be really interesting to look at both of those different ways of being.

And I would like to add a third way of being to those two that I just listed too.

And that would just be sort of in the middle.

Just kind of like, you don't really feel good,

don't feel bad, you just kind of hear, you exist and you're being present and that's what is, right?

So no matter kind of where you are on the spectrum of experience, there's a lot to be found.
