So, yeah, basically, I mean, I just think this is so, so important. And you're not going to find too many people talking about this stuff. It's just, you know, work harder, you know, hustle more. But I think this is something that can help so many of you just become happier and also get better results in your journey. So number one, and this is probably my favorite one, is just simply holding your promises. You know, we've said this a few times, but it's a good reminder. If you're someone that has lost trust in yourself and, you know, when you come up with a certain situation, you just think, oh, I'm not going to be able to do that. Or, you know, if you set your alarm clock and you just know that you're not going to be the type of person to get up, you start to lose confidence, you start to lose trust in yourself. And I've tried to, for the better part of the last, I'd say, six years just constantly as I've been self-improving, hold every single promise. When I say I'm

going to be somewhere at a certain time, and of course, things will come up. But I actually have

a lot of confidence because of how I hold my promises and because of the trust that I've built

within myself. If I say I'm going to do a workout, it's getting done.

If I say I'm going to go for a run, no matter what, it's getting done, right?

You know, once again, things will come up, but I find that a big thing where a lot of people don't have confidence is because they're like, oh, maybe I'll go do it. And, you know, like, I think I can get it done. and then you just, you're like, oh, wow, I'm not going to get it done, right?
