Oh, Terry, it is so nice to be invited on your show. I love your work, and I think everyone should know about it.

Oh, you're the best. You're your my biggest supporter. Well, one of them. I'm dying to talk about there's so many questions that come into me as you know, all the time about narcissism, about how to deal with narcissists in your life, about how to know if someone is a narcissist.

You're literally the go to and you were for me long before I knew you.

I was familiar with your work long before we actually became friends. And so why don't we just start with should a person decide to live with or remain with a narcissist.

If someone listening is like, I know in a relationship with a narcissist is my only choice to leave. What do you say to that?

My my answer is often complicated, but I'm going to give you a 45 second version of it is the question should not be should I leave or should I stay?

It is am I able healthy enough strong enough to be able to leave and stay left. Now that's a bad use of the language.
