In some ways, I'm surprised is a topic we've not talked about before,

because it's one of those phrases we all feel quite familiar with

and probably talk about.

And actually, I think in a squiggly career, ways of working are probably more important than ever,

as everyone's moving more flexibly and fluidly between teams and projects, different parts of an

organisation, the ability to quickly understand a team's ways of working or a project ways of

working, I think is really critical to being efficient and effective. And it feels really timely

as lots of organisations at the moment, I think, are continuing to work out. How does everybody

work together post-pandemic when maybe you're working in a hybrid way? Maybe you're fully

remote. Maybe everybody's back in the office every day, but it feels like there's an
