My guest, her name is Alton Echall.

She's done a bunch of stuff in the whites.

She's done a bunch of stuff in the Adirondacks, really just all over the Northeast.

She's been some other places as well.

And we touched on so many different topics in this one. We really went all over the place.

We talk, like I just said, about the whites in the Adirondacks quite a bit, but we also talk

about hiking with her dog, Cole. And she, I mean, she says it in the episode, she pretty much exclusively hikes

with Cole. That dog is just as badass as her. It's incredible. Like, seriously, this is

going to blow your guys' mind. We also talk about the Cohass Trail in New Hampshire, which I'm

finally learning how to pronounce. And we even talk a little bit about why she prefers winter hiking over summer hiking and

yeah that's just a little bit of what we talk about like I said we really go all over the place with this one

and I think it was a complete complete blast so Alton when you hear this thank you so so much for coming on. I really,
