birthday on Monday this week and it really got me thinking. This year has been huge and I've gone

through so many changes in both my personal and professional

I launched my business about 10 months ago and in that time I've built my website, started

this podcast, I've hosted some workshops and written a lot.

But what I really wanted to talk about today is the way my mindset has changed and how I

believe mindfulness has helped that happen. So I used to think a lot

about the future. I would daydream about it and obsessively count down to things I was looking

forward to and talk about everything I wanted to have happen. Sometimes it felt really good and I liked it. You know,

I would think about getting married and buying a house and starting a family and going on holidays

and everything else I could imagine that would be great. The only problem was it couldn't happen
