bit confused on like the end goal and like who this person really is and stuff. And I don't know how much we're actually going to find out. It's more so we're just going to like expose a scam question mark. I don't even think we have to say alleged. Honestly, I really don't think we have to Yeah, no, it seems pretty confirmed. I don't know a ton about it. I just saw, like, the original video that the girl posted. It's essentially a real estate scam, and it's involving a girl named Madison O'Hora, and she has, like, 146,000 almost followers on TikTok, and then someone whose username is Moss, Tia, Moss Tia. Yeah. I'm thinking maybe Tia is her name. Yeah. Perhaps. Like maybe Tia Moss. I doubt that she's going by her real name, honestly. Yeah, no, I agree. And then her Instagram handle is the Goat MSI. Yeah. And in her bio, it says, licensed realtor. I sell apartments and Airbnb, which you don't sell Airbnb. so it not a thing, but okay. And then it says ATL.

She's in my town. She could be anywhere else in the world doing the scam because, yeah, I don't think

she's like actually showing these houses and I certainly don't think she's selling them.

But to give you a little taste of who the goat is, okay, this is an example of one of her posts.

I mean, absolutely stunning.

But at the end of this TikTok, it flashes to the reserve at Juniper, now leasing, which

I'm assuming if I had to guess what is going on here, I think Ms. Tia, if that is her name,

she got this video, ripped it from their social medias and is posting it as her own. Okay. And in the caption, she put Airbnb unit available for rent 300 a week. Get the fuck out of here. Get out of here. That would be more than 300 a night. I was going to say, yeah, that's not even cutting it for of a night. Even if it was in Atlanta, well, maybe in Atlanta you could get away with like three, four hundred a night for a night. I was going to say, yeah, that's not even cutting it for the night. Even if it was in Atlanta,

well, maybe in Atlanta you could get away with like three, 400 a night for a place like that, if it's like two bedrooms or something like that. But it's just unlikely. Yeah, it seems unlikely.
