What's going on, Beeshes. Welcome to the Daily Swole podcast, episode 3186. It is Saturday, January

0:06.6

the 25th. And today, we are talking about training splits and training volume. And this is because

0:15.0

it's fresh on my mind. I just finished up a full body workout. And let me me tell you those of you that are already doing

0:21.6

maximum swall a lot of you are doing the upper lower split and I often talk about the variability

0:28.6

1:22.7

It's a nice thing to think about.

1:24.6

And people get stuck in their rut, right?

1:27.1

The three sets of 10.

1:29.0

Well, now you've learned if you listen to the podcast, you can build muscle with a wide

1:33.3

range of repetitions. The important thing is that perceived exertion, that perceived failure,

1:40.1

and that can come from three to 25 or so repetitions.

1:45.2

But of course, the higher reps you use, the harder it is to gauge your proximity to failure
