A lot has changed, but so much of it would not have happened if not for you so I cannot thank you enough.

Now three years ago when I first started this show

I had an idea for what I thought the personal development industry needed.

I felt that personal development was getting to be very fluffy, very impractical,

and as a result it was leaving a lot of people who truly wanted to change their life who truly wanted to take control of their life and it was just leaving them with nothing.

Like they would get pumped up and excited and motivated and then before you know it, life

punches them in the face and there's no practical way to deal with it.
