Tyler, today we got John from Builder Trend, C. T. T.O. Do you know what that is?

I don't. I had to look it up. Chief technical officer.

I figured it was something along the lines. Yeah. Everyone's screaming at their radio right now.

Well, I still don't even understand what CFO CEO are exactly,

so I'm just like I'm just grouping it in along that same thing. You could use AI and it will tell you the the difference

between all of them it's true but so John joins us today we're talking about

his role in build a trend and how it's been a big push or big change for the company

and how he's looking to grow the business and really leverage customer feedback in doing so.

Yeah, I really enjoyed speaking with him.

I had like a list of questions I want to get into,

took a little bit of a different direction which I'm perfectly

fine with and I think that it was very valuable very useful but as always so much of, Blake, he's a software engineer by trade, and so much of the information and the problems and what they're looking to solve within his industry is similar to hours.

So it's really cool to see Builder Trend bring him in with his experience and what he's doing

and be able to really like cross that over to the the construction market and be able to help them.

So it was neat to hear the problems, the struggles, why they actually brought him in and

how much of what he's doing to try and help solve problems

and determine solutions for their product is people-based.
