Welcome to the happiness podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. During the course of our

0:08.4

lives we make a lot of decisions. Who do we marry? Where do we go to school? Where do we live? When do we switch

0:17.0

jobs? When do we retire? What do we decide for dinner tonight? What do we do in regards to fixing up our house? Do we rent or do we buy? Do we save

0:27.6

for retirement or do we travel? We make a lot of decisions in our lives.

0:33.2

0:40.9

1:21.2

and spend our lives with them.

1:23.0

Because sometimes we have conflicts with them,

1:25.0

and we're not sure if they're enough to keep going

1:28.0

or do we want to end the relationship.

1:30.0

Should we get into therapy and try to work through some of these issues?

1:35.0

Or do we just accept this is the way the other person is,

1:38.0

and whether we can live with that or not?

1:40.0

Or perhaps we're approaching retirement, and we have to decide if it's time to retire or not.
