All right, Amy, welcome to your hot seat session.

What would you like to focus on today?

I'm working clean eating, which I like.

I need to be more specific about my food choices. I don't know if I'm choosing the best clean eating foods because I'm in a good

calorie range. It's like 15 to 1,800 calories on an on-plan days a lot, 18, but I don't want to do more than that.

But I will have, even things like yogurt or some fruit, some grains just spike up my carbs so I'm struggling

between clean eating and fewer carbs because I know the carbs are hurting me even

though they're quote good carbs. Yeah so the carbs are the

main area that you want to focus on kind of cleaning up that act a little bit.

dairy I don't want like certain carbs that we're going to avoid, you know, like pasta and stuff like that.
