0:37.0	So your dad used to collect wine back when you were a kid?
0:40.0	That he did.
0:41.0	It was a really fun time for me. It was a way that it really got me introduced to not just the the love of wine but the love of wine around relationships and family and and really what that meant to a dinner table and what that meant to me.
0:58.1	My father worked an awful lot and so it was really rare that I got to spend a lot of time with him and so one of the ways that I got to spend time with him was when he would go travel to New York or travel to Washington DC to go pick up some of the great wines that he had purchased and you know it was a
1:15.2	it was a way for me to do that and so it always became it was it didn't always
1:18.8	become but it was a part of me from the very beginning and really it carried me through high school and
1:23.8	into college and when I graduated from college I remember getting a couple cases of
1:28.3	wine from him and and really it it meant so much to me I always loved it. What was your dad like I mean what was he like as a person he loves wine he was a doctor
1:38.2	but he really just loved wine he really started out collecting German bordo a little Bordeaux, a little bit of Burgundy, a little bit of Roan, a little bit of things here and there, and he really built up an amazing cellar.
1:50.0	And where did you grow up? Are you, Philly? Yeah, I grew up outside of Philadelphia.
1:53.2	I was born in Nashville, Tennessee.
1:55.8	He did his residency down there and then we moved up to Connecticut where he was on submarines. And then he started... He was a doctor on submarines. And then he...
