So when it comes to training the body, you want to make sure that you are addressing the fatigue, addressing the volume

and those types of things when it comes to the physical training.

But you are limited with your stimulus, with your training, if you're trying to get that

if you are exhausted, if you're doing tons of volume, you're not going to be able to provide

to be intentful with your programming, to not do too many sets in a single workout because
