0:00.0 | What's going on, Beeshes. Welcome to the Daily Swole podcast. Episode 3151. It's Saturday, |
0:06.9 | December the 21st. And today's episode, today's Swolosophy, I want to discuss the elimination diet |
0:15.0 | and the customization of training and nutrition. And I think this is something that's very |
0:20.7 | important to readdress and to revisit once in a while, |
0:24.9 | not just because it's pillars two and three training and nutrition, but the individual |
0:29.7 | nature of it. |
0:31.4 | And humans naturally have an excessive focus on comparison. |

1:35.1 | person to person overwhelmingly. There's always going to be outliers, people that can do a specific |
1:42.4 | thing or things in a quantity or a volume or to an extreme that's unique. And this is why |
1:47.8 | there are the generalities and they're outliers. There are people that have certain handicaps and |
1:52.7 | limitations physically or mentally. And there's some people that have extraordinary abilities in |
1:56.7 | different fields. So this is why it's important in life to find what you're good at and go all in |
2:01.5 | on what you are best at. And when it comes to training and nutrition, you need to go all in on you |
