Let's decide we're going to lead so well in the place where we are that we will give it such attention, such focus, such determination that we will talk about our faith, talk about what's happening in our world,

that it would please God to respond in a much broader way around us simply because of the choices you're making.

Let's stop saying we're powerless. Let's stop

saying we don't have enough influence. Let's stop staying we don't have enough

resources. Let's stop focusing on the strength of our adversary and start

turning our attention to the authority and the power of the God we worship.

We've been looking at this study on time to lead.

We have a leadership deficit.

We don't have a deficit of titles and positions and offices and job descriptions and people who want to identify, self-identify as leaders, but leaders are those individuals who are willing to take a stand,

and because of that and the utilization of their influence, those around them arrive at a better

place.

We have a shortage of that. And in the midst of the season that

we're walking through, we need God's people to be awakened to their assignment.

Some of us are really good leaders in arenas beyond our faith.
