1:01.7	sentence that has given me a lot of peace in my life. One sentence forwards, even
1:09.1	I can remember this and it's a sentence that says in life there are no
1:13.6	coincidences. There are no coincidences forwards. That's it. That's the tea and I
1:20.9	wanted to do an episode on this small topic because I get asked all the time
1:25.6	how do you become more optimistic in life? How do I train myself to stop
1:31.4	getting down on myself? How do I train myself to see past events, past
1:36.0	experiences as lessons rather than failures? And for me, well I don't know
1:42.8	it's regularly, I don't know, I don't have a blueprint for that. I'm again just
1:48.1	the guy who's learned to live life with more self-awareness, with more
1:52.4	compassion for how I'm honestly feeling, but I do know that when it comes to
1:58.7	training yourself to be more optimistic, this is it. This is the mantra. There
