Hi, this is Steve.

Jumping in before we start our deep dive on reservoir dogs with a quick warning.

On the cinephiles we've often gone back and forth about whether or not to include audio

from a film which contains offensive language, particularly racial slurs.

On the one hand, we don't believe in censoring artists.

On the other hand, we know that some of this language can be disturbing to hear.

In the end, we decided that since this is the season of Tarantino on the cinephiles,

we have a responsibility to present his work the way he intended it.

And that means letting his characters speak for themselves, even when we really, really

dislike what they have to say.

And so now we are very pleased to bring you in all its controversial glory, Quentin Tarantino's

reservoir dogs.

I mean, I could say I definitely didn't do it because I know what I did or I didn't

do.

Like I'm not definitely saying there's about anybody else because I don't definitely

know.
