Is this someone, Derek, that gets talked a lot about when you're discussing the canonical experimental filmmakers sometimes i mean i think

the thing is canonical experimental filmmakers like stan brackage have said marie makin was the inspiration

for most of my work or like the biggest inspiration to me so i think she gets talked about in that regard

of like she was really influential on other people let's talk about

those people rather than her herself so you know and had you heard about her before will yeah i had

seen a couple of her movies just like certain of these movies come up if you buy like those dvd

sets of like the best of experimental film or if you go to a class or whatever like i know i'd at least
