| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Happiness Podcast. I'm Dr. Robert Puff. What or where is the school of |
| 0:10.7 | happiness and if such a school exists |
| 0:14.0 | exists how then are regretted and how do we do exceptionally well at this school of |
| 0:19.7 | happiness? Well the school of happiness is very different than most schools because most people graduate |
| 0:27.6 | from school and go off and live their life. |
| 0:31.1 | Mind you it can vary how long we go to school, for some, like my grandparents, they were only allowed |
| 0:37.3 | to go to school for a few years because they had to work on the farm. |
| 0:41.2 | Others of us have the goal of finishing high school or secondary education depending |
| 0:45.6 | upon which part of the world you live on. Some of us go on to university and a few of us even |
| 0:51.0 | go further and get our masters or PhDs. |
| 0:54.0 | But there's normally an end in sight, at least with formal education, |
| 0:59.0 | and then we go off and live our lives. |
| 1:02.0 | I went to school for a very long time and thankfully I |
| 1:06.2 | liked school so it wasn't really a problem but each time I graduated from one of |
| 1:10.6 | my university programs I knew though other people were done, I wasn't, and I had |
| 1:16.1 | to keep my spirits up because I had a ways to go. And though I had 14 straight years of university education, |
| 1:24.6 | the School of Happiness can often be much, much longer. |
| 1:29.3 | So the first question is, well, where is the School of Happiness? |
| 1:33.0 | And how do I get into this school? |
| 1:35.4 | Well, the School of Happiness is called life. |
| 1:38.8 | And whether we live 10 years or 100 years, |
| 1:42.2 | we live in this School of happiness for our entire lives. |
