Summary

After spending time in the Marines, Jason Mosel and being deployed to Iraq and Japan, his mental state had changed. He came back disconnected, heavily drinking, and put on anti depressant pills and got to the point he attempted to take his own life. After a rough road of burying his real issues with drugs and alcohol, he joined a race called "Tough Mudder" and after crossing the finish he felt something again. A purpose and he began to utilize fitness as a cure and help overcome his demons. He speaks with us in detail about his journey and how when you put your mind to it, you can literally rise from the dirt to the light and change your life forever.  Become an ad-free member at https://plus.acast.com/s/trust-and-believe-with-shaun-t.
