| 0:55.6 | okay, I'm not going to, we were working that day in Cancun. It's like, I'm not going to get through |
| 0:59.0 | my workday without a nap. I really need a nap. And so first off, I think it's important to know where |
| 1:04.3 | my mental state was. And it's important to note where your own mental state is when you start to go down in these spirals, I hadn't slept well. Anytime I'm hungry |
| 1:11.3 | or I haven't slept, I'm just not going to be in a great, great place to think about things. So I think |
| 1:16.5 | that's like one question to ask yourself is where am I? But anyway, that's not part of the framework. |
| 1:21.4 | So anyway, I'm sitting and laying here and as soon as I lay down, as soon as my head it hits the pillow, I just start spiraling over this business |
