not so great culture so I get really passionate about talking about this because I know it can

really make or break a business. This has been a huge focus at Boss fame especially in the last

year and I'm really proud because I think what we've created in our company is so special

and our team is only compromised right now with people that have been with us for

really, really long time which in today's economy truly says something. So today we're diving
