Hi guys, did you know that December 11th has been determined to be the most popular day of the year for breakups?

Basically how this came about was back when Facebook was in its heyday.

Analysis was done and it showed that the most common day for people to change their relationship

status from in a relationship to single was on December 11th. Remember when people

changing their status was such a huge deal? Well some of you will be too young

to be aware of that but some of you'll be too young to be aware of that, but those of you who are older definitely

know what I'm talking about.

Or how about the people who were always in the volatile situations where they would go from, you know, in a relationship to single to in a relationship again in a matter of hours.

And they might even say, oh, I don't know what happened. It was a glitch. Yeah, okay, sure. And then everyone would comment, oh my God, what happened? I'm so sorry. But then the person would just go silent and ignore all

their questions. Even though you know damn well they were monitoring every second

of it, right? The only reason you're going to be that invested in doing

something like that is because you want attention. It just all seems so dumb now, to

me at least, to make such a spectacle, and to make the Facebook status change the most

important part of the relationship. I remember so many people, as soon as they were in an official relationship.

That was the first thought, oh my God, I got to change the Facebook status.

And again, the only reason someone is going to have that urge to do it is because they want the attention from it.
