And the conversation I get to share with you today is one I've been waiting to have for a long time.

I've been reading the work of Christopher West and learning from him for several years.

Now, a lot of what I teach about the purpose for our sexuality is very consistent with what

Christopher has taught, and that's why I'm so excited about his new book called Our Bodies Tell

God's Story.

It's all about how God's design for human life, love, and sexuality is

written within our bodies. Christopher is the leader in the Catholic Church and is dedicated most

of his career to taking a particular work of Pope John Paul II called Theology of the Body

and making it accessible and practical for every Christian.

And Christopher's unique grasp of the symbolism in the Bible breathes some new life into

passages that have just become too familiar to us.

And he gives us a new glimpse of the mystery that Paul called Christ in the church.

Now, we recorded this interview during the COVID-19 pandemic,

and while we did experience some audio challenges, I think you're going to find that the power

in Christopher's message comes through loud and clear.

I'm somebody who for the last few years have read a lot of what you've written,

and you've contributed so much to the conversation of how do we honor God with our sexuality?

How do we even understand our sexuality in light of who God is?
