and let's jump right into it here what quote you got Kyle so the quote I have this week is one that I came across just yesterday as I was working out. I needed a bit of a push. Nothing wrong with that. I was listening to a YouTube video. And I'm kind of butchering it here, but basically the message is still the same. Those who end up losing accountability end up being weak. And this was said by David Goggins and I just, you know, once again, the wording could be off a little bit. But I just thought it was so, so, so powerful because I realized that accountability is literally everything. Obviously, that's why so many of our coaching clients come into the coaching program. You know, I need accountability. Every top athlete. Like literally every single person. If you say you don't need any accountability, you know, I'm going to have to question that and second guess you for a second. But at the end of the day, I just thought it was really inspirational. And that's why, as Josh and I were talking today, we did want to open up a case study for five individuals right now who are looking to get on track and to get on track and stay on track and get

1:45.1

the results you deserve losing fat and building muscle so basically just message us on

1:49.5

instagram at colossus fit with a keyword case study we'll know exactly what that means and we'll

1:54.0

have a conversation but once again accountability is huge if you don't have it um you know

1:58.6

you end up becoming weak you end up just wanting to take a step back wanting to to skip your workouts, not, you know, track your macros, not do any of that stuff. And I think a lot of us have probably taken that step back, even myself. I have so much accountability. But the times that I've lost it, I realize I became weak. And it's, it's tough. You know, we're all humans. and I do believe we all need someone on our side or at least a few people on our side.

2:20.1

Absolutely.

2:20.8

You know, we're all humans and I do believe we all need someone on our side or at least a few people on our side. Absolutely. You know, having a coach, having someone to hold you accountable is just so essential, right? Like myself, you know, it's actually very often. A lot of the people we work with our personal trainers, online coaches themselves, because everyone needs that accountability. And, you know, it's just so important. We own that up to

2:35.0

ourselves. And it can be so easy to be like, no, I'm already doing so much right. I feel good. But, you know, we love helping people go from good to great. And we want you to be the next example of that because you are worth it. You know, seeing your full, you know, success, your full results, you know, you are 100% worth investing in yourself. Like I always say, that's one thing I wish I did a lot more

2:52.1

earlier on. And right now I'm very quick to jump on any. results you know you are 100% worth investing in yourself like i always say that's one thing i wish i did a lot

2:51.9

c-o-l-os-s us f-it but i just want to say i absolutely that quote. And I have one I really like too. It's not necessarily quote. It was just more so a summarization of a video I was watching this morning. You know, for fun this month, I've just been kind of studying the philosophy of stoicism, you know, in school. I actually did attend university during my degree. I took quite a few philosophy classes.
