moral failures in the church. We started this conversation in our last episode, but today I'm not alone.

I'm actually with a friend of our community, Caitlin Zick is here and we're going to have a

conversation around moral failure in the church and what we can do to prevent it.

And again, you know, we can only put a few things together, but the goal is that we start talking about it, we start being

honest about it, and we want you to know here's some things that we see could be

helpful and hopefully spare other victims or other people from hurting other people.

So I'm really glad you're here.

We're going to have this conversation and I don't know where it's going to go.

So if you have young listeners, I recommend that you kind of just

take note because we our goal is to be really honest and to really tell you the

truth but to have these conversations and it's interesting because when you have conversations like this, you either, you have to have this kind of risk involved because it's easy to talk about something you know all about or it's easy to talk about something that is just, you know, head knowledge.

But when it talks about people and faith and culture, it's a risky conversation, but for me and Caitlin as well, we lead so many people and our heart is to protect, to educate, and hopefully empower you and others to do it well. So we're not this conversation.

I love it. It's super nuanced and we are having it unscripted. There's no plan here which I love but also how many times after our unscripted

conversations in our friend group or even with just our staff you're like okay wait
